All Product Returns require prior approval by The Esthetics Association Florida. Please Call 407-432-6984 for prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will be sent back to the buyer and product credit will not be issued.

Unused, unopened or unmarked product may be returned for product credit within 30 days of the purchase date and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped by the buyer to The Esthetics Association Florida and must include the Invoice of purchase. Only product cost are subject to product credit ; shipping and handling cost will not be reimbursed.
Products Received at Training or Memberships are not refundable , If a product is missing or damaged when received in training it must be reported to the Esthetics Association Florida within two weeks of training date.
The Esthetics Association does not issue cash returns , product will be exchanged or a credit will be issued toward future purchases.
Shipping Information & Policies:
Shipping is typically 2-3 days priority be aware that if the post office has delays it is out of our hands so be sure to order in a timely manner. The Esthetics Association is not responsible for any damages to the shipping box during transit, The Esthetics Association Is not responsible for lost or stolen packages there are no returns on opened products or products that have become expired in your possession ,. The Esthetics Association does not pay for shipping on returned items . We do not offer overnight express shipping. All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped out on the following business day. Orders on Friday after 1pm will be set to be shipped on Monday.
