FOUNDER
Started in The Netherlands, Carla had her skin care business there for 10 years until she moved to the U.S. in 1989. She did her studies for Esthetics (cidesco) which is a 3 year program in Europe that includes body massage, electrolysis and Chinese Medicine. In the Netherlands, before you open a business, you also need to have a diploma in middenstand.
Before becoming an educator for the Conservatory of Esthetics, she worked for 10 years for day-spa in Longwood, FL. By giving advance classes, she found out that the education for esthetics is less in the USA and especially in Florida. Because of her love for skin care and the passion to pay it forward with her knowledge and experiences over more than 40 years she started the Esthetics Association Florida in 2008. Her goal is to make other Estheticians enjoy our trade as much as she does, all of the classes are lectures and hands-on in person, because that is the best way to learn and gain confidence.
Cancellation Policy
FOR CLASSES
Registration and payment of classes offered by Esthetics Association Florida confirm intent to attend. As space is limited, the following cancellation policy applies:
If you are unable to attend and notify Esthetics Association Florida no later than 48 hours prior to the class, you will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee or a partial credit for a future class.
Less then 36 hours prior to the class no refund will be given
